Πληρωμή: το σκάφος λειτουργεί με ειδική άδεια εξαίρεσης και δεν διαθέτει μηχάνημα POS. Η πληρωμή γίνεται τοις μετρητοίς.
Κρατήσεις: τα αιτήματα δεν επιβεβαιώνονται μέχρι ο Δημήτρης να τα επιβεβαιώσει προσωπικά τηλεφωνικά, μέσω WhatsApp ή email.
Ακυρώσεις: λόγω καιρικών ή συνθηκών ασφαλείας, οι εκδρομές ενδέχεται να αναβληθούν ή να ακυρωθούν κατά την κρίση του καπετάνιου.
